Ms. Hyun practices in New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining the Emre Polat Employment Attorneys, she practiced at a regionally recognized defense-side law firm where she specialized in insurance coverage evaluation and litigated high exposure medical malpractice claims primarily on behalf of large New York City private and public hospitals, physicians and nurses. She has successfully litigated numerous matters on behalf of major hospitals and public entities in New York City and has also represented public and private businesses in employment and civil rights matters under Title VII and FLSA. She regularly provides advice to businesses on compliance with state and federal regulations regarding employment disputes and other regulatory matters. She has experience in mediation, arbitration, appellate motion practice and trials.
